got my fault code reader today

and got a load of codes off the car:

561
17978
1249
1250
1251
1252
575
16500

car drives fine though and i have no idea if these are old codes from a past owner. should i clear them all and see if any reoccour? also i cant seem to find definations for codes 1249/1250/1251/1252.

Yeah clear the results take it for a 5min spin then rescan it and post the results.

I have just scaned my golf and 575 came up on mine to.
Intack manifold presher. 

I thort i might have a boost leak as i could hear a lot more sucking come from the engine bay when driving. On closer inspection i have found a pipe to the N75 has a split in it. Will fix this and let you know if this code somes back :)

cleared all my codes a few weeks back and i have had none of them come back :)

also forked out for vagcom :lol:

car runs great :)
