TDi 130 boost issues
« on: 21 January 2013, 19:33 »
2003 TDI 130 was dropping out of boost and into limp mode almost everytime the turbo kicked in .

Today I changed all the vac pipes for silcone piping and now it seems a lot better , by that I mean it will rev right through and has only done it once since ( dropped off boost )

The only fault code I get is for a negative pressure deviation .

I have some Innatec turbo cleaner which will be getting done next ...

Two questions .

1.  there is a one way vlave ( black and white ) in the vacuum system , could leaving this off cause the boost issue  ??

2.  how can I test the N75 valve and what symtoms would it give and wojld they be constant or intermitant??

Yes leave that one way valve out will probably cause some sort of issue.

Find a mate who has a working car and borrow his N75 to see if yours if f**ked.

Defo get the innotec in there.
