The spring fest is always worth going to.

Can be a bit of a damp squib if the weather is bad but they do tend to dry the strip out quick when it stops.

Always good for cheap parts though if nothing else. The turn out is always good and you can't beat the amusement of the jet car flying down the strip and setting off everyone's car alarm.

I'm really looking forward to chucking my car round the dizzy rascals handling circuit.
Should be a good laugh and it's the first fest for my little man. My wife was about 7 months pregnant with him last time I went.

All I can say is, what a great day.

The rain held off until the second I pulled into my street at home.

Loved the Dizzy Rascals circuit. Did a 34.6, against the winning run to 30.4. Next time I think that's all I'll do.

Looking forward to the next one.

Anyone know if there are any other events that have those sort of handling courses?

I missed this one, my car not ready and bloody wife double book a family event...

Thats an awesome 1/4 time from a stage 1 map  I have a few stage 2 LCR finding it hard to crack 14.7s.

I had a AGU k03s run a 14.0s at 101mph, another AGU Golf run 12.03s 123mph and toke fastest in F class again, then a hybrid LCR run 13.7s then "exploded" the alloy gear box engine mount racing the 314bhp darkside Jetta....

Great day out and had loads of fun in the convoys down. Loads of top cars

I think i did a total of 7 runs, maybe 8 and my quickest was 14.2 @ 94 mph. It was the first time of taking it up the strip and i didnt empty anything out, i still had 3/4 of a tank in it and it had a rather full boot.

Im going to strip it all out for the next time and remove all the interior and try for the 13's.

Im addicted now!!!!!!!!!
