Been to GTI spring fest today, got best time of 14.83 at 93mph not bad for a standard car with only a cat back (that makes no difference)

Gave her a clean and treated her to a tank full of shell v power nitro plus...time will tell if it makes any difference

I'm in the middle of this experiment too. Vpower nitro plus got me 403miles on 49.19litres which equates to 450.6miles on a full tank of 55litres and 0.1658p/mile. Car has a tank of 95 in at the min before I run the test again on the next tank of 95.

Yea I think ill get about the same, taking it easy on the way to santa pod ave 44mpg, foot down on the way back 24mpg, half a tank 200 miles. when getting my foot down on the way back I don't think there was much in it compared with normal fuel, maybe after a remap it might be more noticeable

Best slips of the day for me

Swapped the RCD510 for an RNS510.

I just need to get it coded now to get it to talk to the DIS. It's booked in for Thursday.
Red Mk6 gone replaced with a white Mk7 which has gone too. Green Mk2 here to stay.

No need to gloat

Is yours a 12 or 62 plate?  Mines a 62 plate and 10k a year is pretty average.
