Best diesel fuel

Are there any particular garages that do better diesel fuel than others?

i use Total Excellium diesel; currently pay about 96.9p per litre; seem to get more miles and a little extra zoom.

not tried any others as BP and Shell aren't local! Plus BP are well expensive;p especially their Ultiamte diesel

I am near a total and bp stations. Total i prefar but they only sell normal diesel.

Bp are just rip off.

I have been using Tesco diesel @ 93.9p per litre and get about 430 miles to a full tank (48 litres). That works out to be about 41mpg or 10.41 pence per mile.

I went to a BP garage recently and used the BP Ultimate diesel, this was 96.9p per litre but I got 500 miles out of a tank (again 48 litres).  This works out as 47mpg or 9.90p per mile.

I know its only a fraction of a pence but I reckon BP is better for your car than the Tesco sh*te.  I need to get a life too

i use asdas quite a bit just cos its cheap.i get bout 515 - 525 outta a full tank.mines a 110 gt tdi

i use shell V power when i can if i have normal derv i put millers sport additive in

i generally use either texaco, total (standard) or esso depending on which is nearest when i need to fill up.  and will get on average 520 before the light comes on.

hey guys, i have a 99 110bhp  tdi and i only get about 420 out of a full tank before the light goes on.  it seems as though im about 100 short off you guys?  why could this be? in 4 years of owning the car i have never seen it do anything close to 500!!!!
