Title: Strange noise when braking
Post by: james2 on 14 April 2020, 18:40
When slightly braking going down a hill and turning left there's a horrible sound like the brake pad has fallen apart. I can not see whats making the noise, any ideas ?

Whip the wheel off to check

Proberly wont do it if i remove the wheel. It only does it when you turn slighty left and brake hardish. It fine if i drive at 30mph. I think it could be the wishbone as it looks strange where it bolts onto the body. Im going to get some new brake pads and hope i see something when i change them.

If the pad has fallen apart you’ll see it and while it’s off you can inspect the wishbone better
