I believe they are 5.25" but as I tend to fit my own install, I am not 100%

It will require some effort yes. You have 2 choices, see Dizzie's stickied post further up of how he got his 6.5" speakers in or buy some Audioscape pods. The Audioscape pods are very pricey (£180 from Audioscape ) but do look quite nice  :smiley:
