Title: Topic start limit?

Just wondering, seen on a few other forum that new members must make a number of posts, usual about 8-10 posts before starting a new topic themselves?
Thought this could be a good idea to stop people from just coming on here to sell their cars and putting it in the wrong section>?

They will just end up posting sh!te in other sections until they reach their allowance!

i knew what you meant. i meant +1 as in the limit should be 1001. it had nothing to do with +1 post count ishooz. at all.
