Fitted a delocked handle to the passenger door, fitted speakers and cables and tidied up under the seats. Now I need to source a VW to ISO stereo adaptor...

Got the interior stripped out of the front ready for welding and dropped it off at the garage, at bloody last! Should be done mid next week, then got to refit the interior and fit all the new bits, anti roll bar and links, wishbones, cv joints, ball joints, trackrod ends, front fogs, front pads, coilovers, rear disks and bearings, rear lights, rear callipers, rear axle bushes, windscreen.

Then need to remove and refit the exhaust, get a new power steering pump fitted, then I will put it on the road, then all I'll will have to do is wait till I have the spare money for an engine change and a respray.

Current cars 1995 Golf gti colour concept 2.0 8v 156,000 miles. bmw 316 1.9 129,000. yeah, life's good!

Don't bother with cone filters they are worse than oem, put a standard airbox back on asap and modify that.
You will find instructions and threads about air filters using 'search'.
