true as its not under warranty

just advise them when you take it in and tell them any joy riders will be terminated

Even if it was under warrenty, hasn't the dealer got to prove scientifically that the remap has caused the failure of any parts?

yep although they will make it as difficult as possible

if its non engine related warranty then it should be a piece of cake

All of this is irrelevant on a MK4 though

Clutch will not be covered by the warranty, its classed as a wear and tear item
