wheel question

i have some audi rs4 wheels that were on my mk4 golf. my mate has just bought a MK3 2.0 gti and we are wondering if they will fit? the are 18" wheels 5*100 pcd

They will fit but they'll rub like nobodys business unless you've had arch work.

Also unless you get 35 profile tyres the speedo will be wrong!

nope it not lowered. we had a go today but when i put the front one on you could see that it would rub the suspension, the cup part that the spring sits in....i have seen mk3's with 18 * 8 rs4s on but not this one??

I know a lad who had 18s on his mk3 had to have loads of arch work done and spacers. Go with 17s mate there no problem. My vrs lowered -35mm with 205/40/17 tyres and its not scrubbed once... :wink:

Sorry to hijack the thread, but can someone tell me if these will fit on my mk3?

I haven't seen them on a mk3 before, but i dont know if they just dont fit, or if i'm the only person that likes them!!

Probably but with that tyre ratio its gonna give ya problems.
