Wanted: Genuine 18" Pretoria wheels
« on: 29 July 2024, 16:13 »
Hi all, I have a 7.5 GTI PP with 19" Brescia wheels which are in mint condition, but want to downsize to 18". If anyone has a set of Pretoria wheels in good condition they may be selling let me know.

Also, if anyone is interested in a potential purchase of Brescia wheels let me know too.

Funnily enough Brescias are what I always wanted for my car but could never get at the time so landed up buying a set of 18” Prets from VW in Silver. I’d be interested in a swap  :smiley:

Not VW Pret's but I am selling a set of 18' Revo RF0 wheels if they would be of interest.

They use standard bolts and fit directly onto the hub and don't need spigot rings.

£1100 and come with Conti Premium Contact 7 tyres. Done less than 1000 miles.

They are the dark anthracite, so dark grey. Nicely understated and look stunning.

Shame, I’m looking for a set of bronze Revos my gti is carbon steel grey and I think anthracite wouldn’t quite work

I had a set of anthracite VW Rotary alloys on a Carbon Grey mk6 Golf GTD that I owned a few years back. IMHO the anthracite / Carbon Grey combination worked well;

2020 Polo GTI Plus; Pure White, DSG (because they all are)
Gone but not forgotten;
2016 Polo GTI; Blue Silk
2011 mk6 Golf GTD; Carbon Grey
2007 mk5 Golf GT (2.0 170bhp TDI version); Deep Black Pearl
2002  mk4 Golf GTI (the 150 bhp diesel version); Deep Black Pearl
