Have a fully working drivers headlight, from a 64 GTI (MK7).
Lens had some chemical etching, and are notoriously difficult to rectify. Tried and failed, it actually made it worse after attempting to polish. So, if anyone is handy enough at switching lenses over (which are quite cheap), then grab a bargain.
It will be a bare unit, ballasts and bulbs will need to be installed to have it working, but there is no functional damage to the unit. Only cosmetic damage to the lens.
