not very happy with the colour match on the badge backing, it looks more cream than white when you see it in the flesh. I suppose that's Halfords for you. Will be taking a trip to the dealers next weekend to have another crack at it with paint from them. but at least you get the idea.

had my front bumper smoothed and sprayed by a friend this weekend.

smoothing and colour match is perfect. the bumper had 4 small holes were the reg plate plinth sat, along with it being peppered with stone chips.

so very happy with this now. bring on the shows!

I'm not gonna lie, I got a little twicther when I opened the box

fitted to the car with the help of RocketRoss (top bloke!). pics to follow...

FYI - my bank account is now empty.

in other news, I have cash put away for either new rims or xenon headlights. however the timing belt tensioner issue is constantly on my mind, with so many mk6's needing new engines. I think the new year will see a premature timing belt replacement.
