yearly inspection ,small fail

went for my yearly inspection last week

failed on 1 rear disc brake
getting a pair of new ones next week

also didnt fail on this but could be fixed ,hieght adjusters for lights

ive got motors there,but he said they didnt work

what could it be

I would say either the motors them self are shot or the inner lenses of the headlight have popped out of the motor adjuster, i think its like a little ball joint or similar.

Try moving the switch and listen with the bonnet open, you will hear if they work.

changed my bumper today so while i was doing it,i checked the motors,one had a poop load of rust inside the motor,they come apart so easy,,1 motor was fine 1 was grim

unpluged the grim one and tryed the switch,nothing happened,

is there a fuse ,didnt have my meter to check the volts
