yea says on the site they are fully legal and ce marked, oh and here is where kells said he has hid's http://www.golfgtiforum.co.uk/index.php?topic=104836.10

I do enough with people's sigs, pull ya finger out :P

I'll be buying a set of them HIDs then in the next week or two...wonder how easy the install is, plug and play? No additional wiring I hope?

thers a few differnt kits on the bay but most of them promote a plug and play setup.. shouldnt be too difficult.

Could always do me a siggy.. :wink:
