i assume youve been told the car your looking at has 'xenon' bulbs which usual means they have stuck in some 12 quid bulbs that have ultra xenon on the pack, these are normal just standard bulbs but whiter, real xenon bulbs require projector head lights in order to 'project' the light forward instead of causing glare by dispesing light. personally i would replace them for a H.I.D kit from ebay or similar.

cant be set up in normal headlights.. you need head light units with projectors in..

im guessing you mean can you buy headlights with projectors in? and the answer is yes, howvere this will cost more than swapping the bulbs back to normal or fitting hid's which are better..

I wish I could have a Xenon kit put onto my Hellas without any problems, I love kells...give it time though, he'll get caught out lol!

I don't know...why would they be legal? He's got Hella Twins, I got Hella Twins, technically, I should be able to do it...? ;)
