It all depends on waht hybrid are you willing to get.
You can get a hybrid with an elraged hot and cold side which will give you more peak power but also a bit later spool.
If you opt for a clipped turbine wheel with an enlarged compressor wheel then you should get a spool comapragble to a stock turbo but with better top end performance.
Hybrid turbos usually hold more boost for longer.
You should get an uograded intercooler, probably a DP and also a fuel system upgrade if you are really going for some big power.
Gains also depend on the level of modifications and the tune that you will get for the turbo.
Reliability depends on the quality of the turbo so I would go with something from this company
