Hi all...
Last night i was driving my 1.6 Driver, and all of a sudden it conked out. The accelerator peddle has dropped so i'm guessing its the cable? There's no travel in the peddle at all.
I also noticed a cable coming out from what looked like the auto choke, and this cable has burnt in half. I stripped the wires down and reconnected it. Now would the lack of accelerator cable stop the car from starting up? Also, how difficult is it to take it out and change it?
