Hi guys
Can someone help please
Car heater blows lukewarm air not hot even though car engine is really hot
Temperature is set to high and fan on full using feet vent and to say it’s just warm
Is a understatement
Any ideas

Sounds like you may have a blocked heater matrix. Some Golfs have a bag of silicate in the cooling system expansion tank and the bag can split when it gets older. If this happens, the contents of the bag enter the cooling system and can block the heater matrix.
