if it;s an economic thing then go for it, rhyso has remapped his tdi and it's really quick but still returns excellent MPG

no brainer really, cheaper to run, cheaper to tax, cheaper to insure, holds their value more and with a re-map as quick as the standard 1.8T

With my MKIV's I too went from a Petrol to a diesel and din't regret it one bit :cool: Plus th remap meant it was faster than a standard 1.8T too :smiley:

i cn hopefully get around £4000 for mine, should be able to pick up a nice gt tdi then.... :shocked:
