I have a German Sheperd. She loves the boot of my MK5 R32. I have never had an issue with scratches in the boot but then again there is no real interior plastic in there. She doesnt get into the front or back of the car cus shes too big so I cant comment on how the interior absorbs doggy claws. I do have the luggage mat liner thing in the boot to make it easier to clear out her hair. Only really needed if you have a big dog that sheds a lot.

I have a labrador that I've not let into the boot yet cos she absolutely covered the boot of my old Peugeot so where did you get the luggage mat liner from I think that may help? Thanx
