Title: VW Tracking App Question?

Hi all, as per the below my app now shows "in transit" but also has "arrived in the UK ticked", the dealer seems to be under the impression that the car is still in Germany and doesn't agree with the app.

Question is has anyone else had this ticked "arrived in the UK" once the app has moved to "in transit"? I would have thought "arrived in the UK" would only be ticked once it has actually arrived.

Help please.

Speak with VW via the online chat on the VW website, they can give you much more accurate information. They even told me which boat my GTI was currently on so I could keep an eye on it to make sure it hadn’t sunk :grin:

Mine jumped from build week confirmed to in transit/arrived in the UK, and Live Chat is offline.
