What have you done to your Golf today?

Fitted a new thermostat and reverse light switch and repaired the broken wires to it  still i now have reverse lights again and a nice hot heater and a gauge that sits at 90 degrees now just need to fit the arb bushes and balljoints and replace a broken dipstick guide tube

A new battery 
It decided to give out completely less than an hour before I had to be somewhere..

Got my arb bushes fitted old ones completely f$$$$d and two new ball joints n/side one completely gone no wonder it knocked,still result i now have no knocking from the front end 100% better and fitted a new dipstick guide tube.

Fitted a new scuttle panel at long last so hopefully I won't have any more leaks into the passenger footwell.
Cleaned various bits in the engine bay whilst doing that too, got the GF to help me 
Measured up the exhaust midpipe so I know which one to get to stop it blowing from the midbox join.

Painted n/s sill which had been repaired and covered with excess underseal

Took my tool box out, went outside.
It was cold then went back in

Changed over the crystal side indicators from the 2.0slow onto the 1.8t  and ordered some more forum stickers
