fitted new wishbone bolt and nut....

as old one vanished.

feels odd to drive  :grin:

Doesn't drive around in circles all the time now?

stripped the rear wiper motor down to try and fix it,only to find insides rusted to hell small brass pipe that goes through middle of it is snapped off and for the price of a repair kit i would be just as well trying to source another motor,obviously not from 1toomanyuk in the classifieds on here as hes a lying thief.so i've ended up going for one of these http://www.gecleant.de/shop/stopfen/design/vdub.html and will sell the mk5 wiper arm and blade i've just bought from vw.and i also replaced some more jubilee clips in engine bay slowly but surely i'm getting through them all and getting rid of rusty ones

Fixed broken wires going int boot so now i have a heated rear screen again.picking up projecter headlights as i write this to.
1.8T AGU 203bhp & 233lb/ft Rtech stage 1 custom remap,18"dezentz rims,lowered 40mm shocks n springs,whiteline 24mm adj rear arb,lcr axle bushes,polybushed arb,modified front bumper & valences,depo projector headlights,delocked,wrapped interior&bora gear knob,forge boost & coolant hoses,forge tip,forge 007p,samco vac hoses,simota aeroform cai,saiko michi catch can,deleted pcv system,r32 dogbone,miltek lg bore down pipe & sports cat/non res anni style system.

Got carried away at pumps and put full tank of fuel in, for the first time in about a year  :grin:

320 miles and 3 weeks later the petrol light comes on. I hate short journeys and winter warm ups.

Changed oil and filter, used k&n oil filter see what there like. Topped up water/meth inj tank and got valeters wash and vac it.
MK4 1.8t bored/stroked 2.0lt AEG crank, 83mm supertech pistons, intergrated rods, ACL race brgs, Flowed large port head, Supertech valves, All ARP bolts, GTX2871r turbo, Tial wastegate, 3" pipewerx dp, REVO stage 3 tune, Direct port water meth, MORE TO COME!!! Ready to go racing

fitted new coolant bottle won for 99p on ebay and new flange no more leaks on the mk3  :smiley:
