I bet if it was a VTS you wouldn't be saying that...

At best your looking at 8 seconds 0 - 60 in your V5

Saxo - you're looking at 7.5 seconds. Top end no where near as yours but it is only a 1.6..

repaired (plastic welded) both front bumper side vents, as well as cut some of the slots out of them ready for the direct air pipe   also had to spray some bits black as you can now see them through the bumper

next on my to-do list...

change, repair and service rear brakes
regrease and refit cv boots
fit new ecu and fabricate new cover - needs vagcom
oil change - oil, filter, sump plug and washer
rehang driver side door card
underseal car
repair bonnet, recess needs welding
repair bumpers, fit badgeless grille

if anybody would like to help me with these, itll be much appreciated, there will be endless amounts of tea/coffee, biscuits and home made cake by the gf, lol

Did you adjust the beam settings on them at all? If don't then that's probably your problem! Any decent MOT guy shouldn't fail you on something he can adjust with ease in most cases :)
