Not today, but on Saturday had my existing stainless system replaced free of charge, courtesy of a transferable lifetime warranty (due to a failed silencer).

Pulled out the battery tray, sanded it right down and resprayed it, should give it a couple more years since it was all rusted up before.

Washed it, got my exhaust fixed (thank god :laugh:) and fitted the weighted shift rod I found on a Mk3 in the scrappy ( feels much better  :smiley:).

After spending more money than it cost to buy, getting it MOT'd and taxed saving it from getting broken for the parts i took my valver to the cat and fiddle (A537) for its first good burn , only to find they have put up average speed cameras all over it! gutted!
