Looking nice mate! Saw someone commenting saying something about a ko3s?? If your running an AUM engine is it not already a ko3s?

Thanks dude! Yeah it's on a KO3s! Eventually going to get a hybrid turbo but taking my time as the engine conversion cleared me out haha

Ah right :) ha ha. I know how you feel! Although mine is from lack of work rather than spending it on my car!

Last night a friend and i changed the radiator as it was leaking coolant. I've been putting it off for a short while as it wasnt bad really, it was a tiny leak, which then became worse, so it was time!

Steve-o getting stuck in!

Rotten Rad!

Whilst we we doing the rad, we changed the charge pipe to an AGU pipe, as my AUM charge pipe was leaking!

Me getting stuck in, i had the smallest head to get under haha!

New radiator in, building the front end back up!

Cleaned it up as we were going, looks good.

All back together. Took around 3 hours in total as we also cleaned the throttle body, idles so much better now.

Few more bits to sort out before my remap at Rtech in may.

Also got some springs off a Sharan to fit on my rear calipers to stop them sticking in the cold.

Part numbers:

1K0 615 295 (offside)
1K0 615 296 (nearside)

I will update with photographs once i have fitted them!
The guy at VW had put the wrong sides on the labels, the actual part numbers and which sides the springs fit are above.
