Which Brakes should I get?

Hello,
So, my GTI MK5 Golf has some squeeking from the front right break. I've had it cleaned yet it still does it, advice is to get some new ones as must be un-even wear on the pad. Although the pads are still fine. Anyway, are all of these at the link an upgrade from what im guessing are the default gti pad and dics (i guess it has discs)?

Which should I get? Budget ideally £50-150.
PS. I also want some that perform better that what I have and are unlikley to get squeaky!
Thanks!

Squeaky brakes are normally because of the pads vibrating, normally copper grease is put on the back side of the pad between the pad and the caliper to absorb the vibration. My brakes still squeak though if they're hot.
