JonnyG - Great sheeting with the Gtechniq C2V3.  It's highly rated on here by many.  Agree the new breed of sealants offer great results, longevity and ease of application, all of which is a very attractive package.

But I do like wax and you can get some pretty decent sheeting results, though there can be quite a difference between them.  A while back I did a wax comparison with a couple of sheeting vids.

Auto Finesse Desire on the driver's side v DoDo Juice Blue Velvet Pro on passenger side.

Sheeting just after application. http://youtu.be/sQ_PMLXbPps

Sheeting 2 weeks later http://youtu.be/_cviTQt22yg

The DJ came out top for me.  AF Desire gave a nice glossy finish but was a total let down in all other respects.  Not cheap either!

Auto Finesse Power Seal followed by 2 coats of AF Soul Wax.  Then Sonax BSD every week when I wash it - 3 months on the beading/protection is still immense.  Highly recommend the AF Power Seal...

Could have probably got away without applying the Wax over the top but wanted to bring out the dark colours.
