Well yesterday was the last day of K04 Turbo on my car
its currently sat in a secure location in Leeds in bits..
This is a really bad picture as my hands were full of oil after removing Sump and oil pumps plus a load of other parts
Early start in the morning as we will be fitting the uprated Con Rods, then building the engine back up fitting the New Big turbo kit as we go
Need a water line sending from MTM, plus the ECU is getting sent to MTM as we need the map on mine that came witht he kit originally, ill then be able to drive the car...straight for custom mapping
Also have to modiy the MTM downpipe to mate to my current custom pipe
other bits needed are to modify my TIP as the Audi RS2 Hybrid turbo (K24 7200) has a much bigger inlet than the K04 (about twice the size!! guy at MTM says ill need a reducer so ill measure up once i get the K04 off the car tomo
excited, and worried about ripping a perfectly good engine to bits
Car is going to be savage when its back on the road... which will be about a weeks time when i get the ECU back etc
