thanks for kind words. its helps make all the very hard work and lots of £££££ worth while
Have to shout out to Ben too who has continually helped push the boundaries of this car (without been aloud to touch anything incase it gets dirty haha)
Car will be back at Carbon soon.. Ditching the MTM ECU in favour of Custom mapping..
After the big turbo etc.. i dunno whats next... iv almost built my ultimate MK3 golf..im very close now.... its all personal preference but when i set out to build this car i wanted to keep it looking like a regular GTI, yet clean..its how i like them best... GTI arch trims etc...
car still looks very similar to how it rolled out of the factory in Germany 19 years ago.. you don't see many like this with the mods under the hood that mines got
My mate MJ (MJ interiors) is gonna do me a black roof liner in return for me detailing his S3 engine so that will be after the Turbo.. then who knows what will be the next mod
Please remember, this car is a true daily driver... its not been built as a show car.. its a drivers car
Wolverline, i have other news which i can't yet release, so my budget had to hold at some point, i paid a bargain £150 for the rods which have only done 5k miles (versus £400 for brand new).. they came in the original box with protectors, and even the Certificate.. was a no brainer really
Manifold is the MTM item, the External waste gate is Audi RS2
I'm having a custom built 3" downpipe to suit
