really happy with the pipe, iv took the polishing off the edges where the silicone 90 degree bends will seat, and i will be fitting this either tomorrow night or saturday morning

i need to use the car saturday nite as I have got important plans so it will deffo be fitted by then!

Got the new pipe fitted just now (hands are freezing)  

works a charm and fits perfect, my silicone coupler needs some adjustment tho which ill either replace or carry out in the daylight another day

no pics as its dark.

Next stop for the car is going to be Carbon to get this Custom map sorted..just arraying this with the main man....
Also need them do logs on the MAF as i dunno if it is AGAIN on its way out.. that or one of the coil packs..  look g to replace the coil packs with the 2.0T versions and adapter plates tho from the USA

okay.. so the pipe i fitted the other day is spot on 

today saw the death to the Sump thats been for a week.... Yep a fooking week is all it lasted

my expensive oil is  now all over some floor in Leeds













Going to be taking Sump to my workshop where i had my pipe made up for some modifications to be made

rather stick pins in bens eyes than run one

no oil level sensor and running less than recommended oil is not what i personally would want to do on my car.. (just personal opinion)

Not really, it was probably fine with the 8v lump in it but clearly not with this motor.  A guard may protect the sump but at the same time reduce your ground clearance even more.  It's still going to bottom out and I would not be happy about this with a car that has the kind of performance this one does now.

Suspension raise is not a option
