Paint help

My turbo used to belong to a painter/decorator and i am at a loss of how to remove all the little dots of paint that are all over the dash, steering wheel, plastices, etc.  The garage tried to get some of but looks like they used white spirits and it took day to get rid of the smell.  Does anyone have any ideas of how i can get rid of white gloss splatters from my car.

have you tried a stong mix of apc? would be the cheapest as a start. not sure if it will break the paint down though?

i can imagine gloss will be a pita to remove.
