Oops, forgot to put what I drive
Aye that would be the 1990 Mark 2 Golf Driver 1.6, as I've only had it a week now it's totally un modified, that will change tho!
First mod is to retro-fit a rev counter, other work to make it road legal is:
Replace Driver's side headilght as old one is cracked, may buy one of Dizzy's uprated looms too.
Replace the Passenger Seatbelt retaining clip as the plastic case is missing and the seatbelt won't lock
Replace bulbs in dshboard as they are all blown, and no it's not the fuses, I did check
Fit a new ISO Connector block to the stereo wiring loom, the previous owner had the radio nicked!
All fairly easy work but I plan on doing it myself, hey we all need to learn and you gotta start somewhere. PS This is my first car too!
