Time to get back on this, im going to paint it soon, gloss black roof and grill, non metallic anthracite body, keeping the texture top bumpers and losing the sill covers.

Wheels and interior are both looking good mate. What route did you go with the mounting of the front seats?
Also, can you remember what FMIC you used as im liking the fact that youve not chopped half the bumper and impact bar away, did you manage to retain the A/C?..which would be ideal for my TDI wagon.

Cheers thai!
With the seats I cut the middle runner off both the mk3 and mk4 seats and welded mk3 runner to the mk4 subframe,i didn't want to chop the floor of my car ,so this mod is to the seats only,i can still put mk3 seats straight in if I want to swap back in the future.Rears needed a few brackets fabing up .still got a few bits to do on these!
As for the intercooler, this is the one I had,it was part of a kit with all the pipes and sh!t.

 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2-25-UNIVERSAL-FRONT-MOUNT-INTERCOOLER-DRAG-RACE-RALLY-KIT-CAR-TURBOCHARGER-/230730748737?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item35b89fd341

Gone up a bit though  it normally sells for 135 and isn't to bad to fit although I had to lose those lower bumper fins! I made some slotted tabs, welded them to the crash bar and secured the bottom of the cooler with another coulpe of tabs ,it is very secure and going no where, one thing is my fogs woudnt fit in because the pipes run directly behind right in the way.
AC left the building im afraid.

This car does not get enough love!

You seem pretty handy with the old spray gun, why is your bonnet still red?
