Lol, already got one. I'm an audio visual engineer by trade.
Just need to order a load of heat shrink from e-gay and start splitting this engine loom up.
Once the engine loom is in, i then just need to do the lighting loom.

Any one know where I can get some oem loom tape? The fabricy type stuff?

Started on the looms today.

heres how it came out the car. Mk3 lighting loom included as well as rad fan loom.

And after a lot of stripping poop out that I didnt need. This is what I am left with. Nothing extended yet. Waiting untill I have the lump back in the car before I start on that.

All the stuff no longer needed:

Im looking to ditch the OEM fan control stuff completely so I don't need that big rad fan controller that the VR uses. And also to cut down on wires again.

Just found my timing chains. Where I thought I had them safely dry stored in a usual safe place. They were actualy sitting in the garage, under the one bloody spot where the roof leaks! f**k!  There's £150 down the drain.

The plan now is to not bother doing the chains for now. If it detonates, il replace the block.

Added this to the wrong thread this morning.

One last one, took even more out.
All ready to be put back in the car and figure out how and where I route them.

Everything that I pulled out of just the engine loom. Still shocked to be honest

Next.. lighting loom...
