Fitted my cheapo Vr splitter and it went on suprisingly easy.

Finally cured creaky Recaro drivers seat. 
Removed inner plastic side cover.  Applied a liberal spray of teflon lube around the large pivot bolt (bolt that goes through the seat fabric). 
Sorted, phew!

After hating my car for the last week I gave it some loving today. Cleaned and polished the wheels last night then today fitted a new cd player, a new exhaust centre section then cleaned the whole car rainx'd the windows and polished the dash

fitted my highline centre console and finally,finally changed my rocker cover ,was in my boot for months lol

Fitted water/meth progressive controller, topped up meth tank. Took car out doing timing pull logs with vagcom and added 3degrees timing, now cars goes well.

Drove it calmly on the way to Inters...Then got too many ideas from seeing people go down the track all and gave it a good thrashing on the way back!

busy day today,fitted coilovers Apex RDX,THS fr3 engine mounts,delocked drivers door and fitted bosch super 4's and gave it a quick wash
