Update 25/02/12

Well Ive had a fairly productive weekend and lush weather to enjoy it in .

Soo Where do I begin

Take one Forge map sensor and a dremel with cutting piece =

Add a pipe work section and an Alli welder =

Then the dismantling began

Untill you see this on the floor  :lipsrsealed:

....  the aircon randomly turned it self on and after tucking this hose out the way to fit the IC pipe work, the outter edge of the fan slit through it

Annoying expensive mistake £25 antifreeze £25 + VAT for hose

Also Got myself a short Shifter for my 6Speed box

Theres so much less throw in the shifting now, it really is worth doing for the sake of £50 fine ones.

After having a little play last weekend with fitment etc, I soon realised that I wasnt supplied with the right size coupling that comes off the hotside of the turbo, so ordered one and recieved in time for fitment

After dismantling the front I picked the right size adaptor for the Forge map sensor

Roughly implace

Atached fully clamped up

This area needs a good sort out, everythings so tight, bit worried about hose kinking  :undecided:

Quote of the day... 'GO BIG..... OR GO HOME'

Didnt even have to cut the crash bar

Plenty of room between FMIC, Aircon Rad & Coolant rad

Got too dark for the bumper so im going to tackle it this week

thanks for your time, comments/constructive critisism welcome
