Joining up because im taking care of my Mother's 2 mk4 GTIs.
They both need a lot of TLC, and she needs something modern as a daily.
Various research suggests the 2.0 is the one to get rid of, which is good because she loves her 1.8.
I didn't realise the 1.8 was Turbo and the 2.0 na.
Im bringing the 1.8 over to England (from the Isle of Man) where i have a brilliant mechanic and a great body shop, make her car as good as new. Hoping to get some good advice on here.
