Creaking noise on right turns

I first noticed the creaking noise on first getting in the car from collection as new. It only ever makes the noises when turning the steering wheel from a slow standing start like when maneuvering out of a parking spot. It never seems to happen in wet conditions which is odd. I must admit it doesn't really bother me and it's no worse now after having the car 18 months.

Here's a video of the noise my car is making when I turn, it sounds like it's coming from the NSF. I've had the car on the ramps but can't see anything glaringly obvious as to what the problem might be. Sods law the issue started 2 weeks out of warranty 😣
