There 4.5inches so should be plenty.

There is a slightly beefier model but that one is a bargain. Not going to get loads of output but should sound very sweet indeed.

Getting some distortion on high volumes atm so will try changing these two things first and see how it goes.

What power are you putting into your current sub?

Didn't see this yesterday. This will have a fair bit more boom whilst retaining the SQ qualities.

If you want more boom then maybe a 12" might be more suitable.

i had mutant sub in my gti, couldn't fault it. Reasonably priced and very good quality of bass

Hmmm those are a bit deeper so maybe pushing it! Will get the tape measure out tonight!
