how much is lots? 20vt engines go for over 4k if they have loom ecu and all bits... so it could be more than that..

and.. of course he wants good money for it. if you owned a scrappy would you let an r32 engine go for a couple of quid?!

4k for a 20vt engine, way to much money unless its totally sorted, come on then how much for the engine :wink:

Depending on the damage i'd be very careful about the engine. You need to hear it running before parting with serious cash.
