A699 DGU and C57 BUL ( where are they now )

The last time I went to Inters was back in 91 at Crowthorne I think  its up in Ipswich isn't it this year .  Thats a long drag from Brighton  just for a day trip ! SHAME   !!

Has anyone seen either of my old golfs  Firstly Llasa Green GTi  MK1 A699 DGU ( Last seen in 1995 ) Secondly  White Gti 8v 5 door MK2  C57 BUL ( Last seen 2001 ), Just wondered whether they are still in the land of the living  
( VW dealership where I worked used both of them in the show room as A1 examples when the mk3 was first launched )

had a look on RAC webiste which can give you info on last change of keeper and no records for A699 DGU, but the mk 2 changed owners on 14 June 2003....not much help, but one was still living after 2001!!

well i'm going from worthing so its just as far!!! not a bad run up there, i've been going since the last one at trl and i still think that was the best site........
