Title: Tilt release handle

Hi all been searching on here for a little while this evening for a how to on removing and replacing the tilt release handle on the front seats, and can't find one anywhere. Could somebody help me out with this??
Nothing is mentioned about it the Haynes manual so any help would be greatly appreciated

My drivers one has gone :( I've bought a replacement but due to work not had the time to look at it, if I work it out I'll defiantly mail you!

It's still in a box, not yet had chance as I'm working a lot, I will look this weekend as I have weekends off now. :)
