Want to buy this GTI - need advice 2L Petrol

Hey there guys and gals, after a MK5 GTI and have this available locally.
Don’t have much (any) experience of these and it’s a while since I bought a second hand car.
This looks ok but not sure about any obvious pitfalls?

What do you think?

Looks a clean enough car but it’s way overpriced

Yeah, cheers.
He’s got 6.5 on the windscreen but 5.5 on auto trader.
Checking the belt and air filter status with him. I’ve learned that much.

I’d walk away from it plenty of better mk5 out there some even half price of this one
