After a deep cleaning with auto shampoo and warm water , i fitted the carpet (now seems new). It's well positioned also with all the antirorhdammmatte. Looks good for me ;)

Now start one of the best parts of the rebuid: das inneraum. I love fittin all new, fresh, cleaned and modified parts...and i love too much leather. And thinking that my recaros will return with new leather is more exciting the job :)

I apply a rubber on the rear woofer housing to prevent any noise.

Finally i cable woofer and tweeter (these last was modified to fitting on oem tweeter housing)

And now the rear door trim are finally on board. I fitted them without trouble also with the extra add of insulating material. Every time that i work on my GTI i'm really pleased to see the perfection how is build this car from vw. For me this golf is the best golf ever!

At 20/12/2012 i'm arrived to this point of my rebuilding.
And finally for today the last job: positioning and fitting the front speaker bracket of golf 3.5 cabrio. Not so easy to check the right position.

Front door trims ultimated, tomorrow in the afternoon (i hope in a good weather) i fit the central tunnel with my alpine and start to test the hifi system. Tired but happy for final stance. :D

My firma direct from my first gti. These "spitze" are the adjusters of side mirror. An idea when on my Schmidt moder line was spitze too. ;)

Hifi tested and feels good. Fitted the golf hybrid TT central Tunnel

Finished also the modified TT gearknob. In the first step the fake TT ring is stucked. When i purchase the oem TT, i decided to screw it on support to have perfect and right work when i change gear.

At first test it works good. Tomorrow i short the tie to fit the TT gearknob (5 gear)
