1996 Magic Black 3dr Golf VR6 Highline Auto.
I've kept hold of it as I said I'd give it to my daughter when she passes her test (it'll be a true classic in 2020!!) but a VW Bus is on route from California so I've decided she'll have an air cooled instead...In all seriousness, if the bus was arriving a month later (when it should have) I wouldn't be writing this advert.

Leather is lovely and heated which work very well

Ok... It does need work.. Usual sills and rear arches but not severe, quad lamps which were on it for last years MOT and passed have failed this year due to being left hand drive versions!!! (Now removed along with grill but are included.
It's factory stock, engine is sweet and pulls like a train and box changes smoothly. Due to it being sold as a project or spares etc.. I would strongly recommend you view the car to ensure its exactly what you want.
I've been unable to find the log book (it may appear when I stop looking) but we've owned it for around a year and a half and bought it from a friend who'll gladly verify this. A simple V62 can be completed to transfer ownership.
No TAX or MOT so will need trailering away
Please do not expect a pristine, immaculate car as you'll be disappointed. However, it will make a very good project for someone...
