is the wiring the same on 90 spec and earlier

pre 90 spec are different because the front windows have quarter panels.

(i have a complete set for sale including motors and switches if you're interested.)

mines an august 1990 was small bumper has small bumpers/thick trim (on an H)

sure they're the ones with the quarter panel? no sure if the motors are interchangable between old style and new style doors.

£offers for the motor(s) but i know what they're worth, postage will be dear probably too, but i can cut some money off if you don't need the regulators.

Sharpie pre90 mk2s also had the single piece glass doors, its the pre 87 cars that got the 2 piece glass
You are correct tho, 2 piece glass & single piece glass front motors are different, but front 3 & 5 door motors are the same.  Rears are all the same regardless of year though!

The wiring is the same on all MK2s, you just have to figure out where to plug in the live, ign live & earth wires, as the locations differ on pre & post 90 MK2s see my fusebox FAQ in the garage section
