Paint: Codes and Colour names (add yours)

Right then. Reply to this post with your paint code and the name of the paint colour. Add your own and any others you know that haven't been posted. I shall then make it easily readable with the big list in this post. Crack on!

LO41 - Black, plain straight forward normal black
LC3U - Dark Burgundy Pearl (aka Aubergine)
L97A - Diamond Silver Metallic
LA5Y - Helios Blue
LW5Z - Jazz Blue Pearlescent
L94E - Oak Green
LR5V - Pacific Blue
LC6P - Pearl Dragon Green
LA5U - Royal Blue

L97A - Diamond Silver Metallic -What i've got now and soon to be totally re-sprayed and beefed up! :laugh:

L94E - Oak Green - Had a 16v one of these but sold it last night on e-bay!! :tongue:

Could add loads more as i've just found a site with loads of different colour codes for Golf GTI's. All i did was put my code L97A in google search and it was the first site it found..

nile green think the code is lc9v (doesnt show on any vw paint charts though :smug:)

Ive just had a look at my paint code, LN6V is jade metallic.

This is my first post. Enjoying the forum, very helpful.

I am enjoying ownership of my first vw, a jade mk2 16v 1987.
